Happy New Year! I pray everyone has a wonderful day. I know the Lord has wonderful things in store for our church in the year ahead.
I have some exciting news to share! Jamie Weaver is officially our new Youth Director! Jamie is a faithful member of our congregation with a heart for investing in teenagers. Jamie has taught sixth grade for the last three years, which brought out a passion for teaching and watching students grow and thrive. He felt the Lord stirring him to be prayerful about the position and reach out to me. He is excited to get to know these kids more! He is going to be an incredible addition to our team.
As many of you know, Ed Whittemore passed away this weekend. His service will be on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 11:00 am at the church. We hope you join us as we celebrate his life.
This Sunday is Communion Sunday! Plan to join us. There is no better way to start the year.
