Adult Groups

Sunday School meets at 9:45 a.m. each week.

Bible Study is on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. from September to April.

A fun-loving group of active adults who are involved in various areas of ministry. Studies focus on God's Word in everyday life. (SB #5, upper level)

An adult class (mostly 60+ but all ages are welcome) who study the Bible, learn more about the Christian faith, and discipleship to grow as Christian ambassadors to the Forney community and the greater world. (FLC #4)

A lively group of adults who are excited about studying God's Word. They are the backbone of our churches mission efforts.

A great mix of people, single, married, with children or without, all are welcomed warmly into the class. (SB #5, upper level)

The Harmony Class is open to any adult. We specifically offer members of the adult music program an opportunity to participate in a class while accommodating rehearsal and warm-up times on Sunday mornings. Our studies are centered on a shared love of sacred music. We begin at 9:45am with shared prayer concerns, followed by lessons tailored to the timeframe of the various choir members. We dismiss between
10:15am and 10:30am, depending on the needs of the music program. (FLC #4)

A group of adults of varying ages and walks of life growing together and lifting each other up. (SB #5, upper level)

A group of 20's and 30's adults. Studies focus on building a personal relationship with Christ to incorporate Christian values into our families and work life. (FLC #4)

An in-depth Bible study that meets Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm in the Family Life Center. (FLC #4)

DINNER

Wednesdays, from 6:00-6:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center. All ages comes together for the Wednesday night meal.

Cost is $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for children, or $21.00 per family.

The Methodist Men meet at 7:00 a.m., the second Saturday of each month at First Methodist of Forney in the Family Life Center for breakfast and meeting.
